Goodbye Elvis (2008)
Avant garde meets pop culture 1977

Where were you in 1977? There was a punk explosion, Bohemian Rhapsody was written, we discovered the rings of Uranus and Elvis died.

But what was happening to Avant Garde music? Join Brisbane's Clocked Out as they open a musical time capsule. 30 years ago the new music scene was splintering through stylistic change, globalisation and expanding technological advances. In this adventurous concert, travel from the USA to Japan and France, from bent improvisation to experimental music and music theatre.
